WomanCare’s physicians are available Monday through Saturday. Evening appointments are available. If you cannot keep your appointment, please provide 24-hours notice. If your appointment must be changed because of an office emergency, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible in order to reschedule. We promise to remember that your time is also valuable.
Our office telephones are answered 24 hours a day. Please call with non-emergency questions or for advice during office hours when medical records are easily available. Please call prescription refills during normal business hours. After-hour calls will be directed to the physician on call. Whenever you call WomanCare, you will receive courteous attention. After carefully describing your problem, your call is directed to the appropriate staff member. If you have an allergy to medication, please let us know. Our physicians are on call, for deliveries and other emergencies, 24 hours a day.
