Your Baby
- Eyes are open
- Is active when you are eating
- Has patterns of sleep and wake
- Weight is approximately 5-1/2 lbs. and is approximately 18 inches long
Your Body
- Urinating increases
- Becomes harder to sit and/or lay down
- Heartburn may develop and/or continue
- Hemorrhoids may develop
- Fatigue increases
- May experience periods of sweating
- Braxton Hicks contractions (false labor) may begin
Office Visits Include:
- Blood pressure and weight check
- Urine dip
- Fundal height
- Listening to fetal heart tones
- Obtain culture for Group B Strep (GBS)
- Review signs of labor
