WomanCare has implemented an automated lab results retrieval system. For your convenience, you may now obtain your test results by telephone! You may call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will be notified by telephone with an automated message when your results are available.
To retrieve your test results:
- Call the main number of the office where the test was ordered

- You will be prompted to press "4" - wait and listen - then press "2".
- Carefully follow the prompts instructing you how to access your results. For your security, LabCalls will request two separate pieces of information to confirm your identity.
Please note the following:
- There will be an initial call informing you that the test results are available. If you are unavailable, a message will be left on your answering machine or voicemail.
- Your results will only be available after you are notified. Pap smear results take approximately 2 weeks and lab tests usually take 3 – 5 working days. Once retrieved, your results will continue to be available in the system for 24 hours.
- If you do not retrieve your test results, the automated system will notify you again on the following two days. If the results are not retrieved within 30 days, the system will archive the test results. Please note, however, that your medical record will always contain your lab results and may be requested as needed.
